Product Design and Prototyping

We are not just another prototyping team or company we are much different from what you have seen before because here we focus on planing and executing a project in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electronic.

So, to start off with first thing that we need for a project is an idea!!!!

We have been able to put some great ideas into action and as we promise ideas of future tomorrow are welcome in Pro-I 

This is our standard way of developing an idea into a great new product.

#1 Design

This is where we put your concept into pen and paper. First we will sketch your design into paper and then in a CAD platform. Based on our skills and experience, we have experts in CAD platforms like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino and Inventor.

Now that once we have developed a good CAD model we will proceed for the next step.

#2 Prototype

Once we are done with the CAD model we will build a prototype of your design. We will use a 3D printer to build a better prototype, or the most suitable method. This is how we make you touch and feel your concept. Now with this prototype we will perform the required quality tests.

#3 Test

We will perform the functional, form and fit tests on this prototype. Using the prototype we will check and see how the model works and analyse it's performance.

#4 Update the Design and Build a better prototype

After analyzing all the test results we will build a better prototype using good 3D printer, resin casting or some thing like CNC.

After building a better prototype we will again do the testings and test it for reliability and mass production. Then we will arrange every necessary things for launching a pilot production if you require.
